It's that time of year again - when I can no longer put it off but HAVE to fill in my self assessment form. I've done the ironing, visited my Mum, cleaned the house and done all sorts of stuff to put off the evil moment.
So I find the paper work - all there from last year (pat on the back here) And then I log on. Except I don't!! A red message tells me I have either a wrong ID number or wrong passwordConfused But they are the same as last year. Try again, and again. Swear a bit. Email the help desk. Am told I may need to apply for a new one which will take 10 days.
Why does something go wrong every year. Don't they want my money. I really don't mind paying it - I get it all back through the NHS!! I Just HATE FILLING IN TH B*****DY FORM.ThumbDown

I have to do mine and my partner's too (he hates it so much that he pays me to do his). I agree they are a right pain and the IR take forever to answer the phone if you have a query! All I can say is I feel your frustration and you're not alone X
